Legal Drinking Age: In compliance with the Goa Excise Duty Act, we only serve alcohol to individuals who have attained the legal drinking age of 18 years.

Identification: We reserve the right to request a valid Government-issued photo ID to verify age. Service will be refused to anyone unable to provide proof of age or anyone who appears intoxicated.

Outside Alcohol: Carrying or consuming alcohol purchased outside our premises is strictly prohibited.

Processing: Payments on this website are processed via a third-party payment gateway provider. By making a payment, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of that provider.

Data Security: We do not store your credit card, debit card, or banking credentials on our servers. All sensitive financial data is handled securely by the third-party processor.

Transaction Failures: Thalassa Beach is not liable for transaction failures caused by the payment gateway, banking server downtimes, or incorrect credentials entered by the user.

GST: All transactions are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian Law.

Confirmation: A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after the payment gateway issues a successful transaction ID and you receive a confirmation email from Thalassa Beach.

Timelines: Refunds for cancelled bookings (as per our cancellation window) will be credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days, depending on the third-party gateway's processing time.

Convenience Fees: Please note that any convenience fees or processing charges levied by the payment gateway at the time of booking may be non-refundable.

Water Safety: Consumption of alcohol and subsequent entry into the sea is extremely dangerous. Thalassa Beach assumes zero liability for any injury or incident occurring in the water.

Behavior: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disorderly conduct. Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises without a refund if they violate these rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panaji, Goa.
